This open position is part of the French ANR -Target-Cav3- project. The successful candidate will be in charge of 1) characterizing the electrophysiological and pharmacological properties of disease variants of Cav3 calcium channels (Cav3.1), 2) studying the structure-activity relationships of these properties, and 3) characterizing existing and new ligands that modulate these channels and may be of potential interest for the treatment of diseases associated with gain-of-function variants of Cav3 channels.

We are looking for a passionate postdoctoral researcher to carry out a project on the neural bases of movements in mice.
