Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position to study the development and physiology of the neuro-glio-vascular interface in health and pathology. The focus of the project will be to unravel new mechanisms controlling the development and the physiopathology of this cerebral interface. Our research combines molecular (RNAseq analysis, polysome purification, qPCR) and imaging (IHC, RNAscope, 3D iDISCO) approaches. Candidates must have a PhD degree in neuroscience and a practical experience in molecular and imaging approaches of the brain. Previous experience in the biology of gliovascular interactions in rodent models is preferred. The ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team is essential.
The appointment is for about 2 years, but candidates will be encouraged and guided to apply for additional funding opportunities. The position is available starting from in March/April 2022.
Candidates should send their CV, motivation letter, list of publications, and 2 letters of reference to martine.cohen-salmon@college-de-france.fr. |
