Missions: You will be welcomed in the unit NutriNeuro UMR1286 (team NutriMind) at Bordeaux University to dissect the role of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) on microglia maturation during brain development.
You will be in charge of: Evaluating microglia in different in vitro models including :
Using several molecular and cellular approaches will be used including gene edition technique (CRISPR-Cas9), flow cytometry (functional assays) and omics analysis. Special conditions of activity : You will be working in collaboration with several researchers and post-docs of the team and also interacting with technicians/engineers and contributing to the everyday life of the laboratory and team. Qualification: Recommended training: Ph.D. in cell biology/neuroimmunology/neurobiology Knowledge required: cell biology, in vitro cellular and molecular approaches (cell culture, transcriptomics, CRISPR-Cas9) and omics analysis (e.g. R software, RNAseq analysis) is mandatory Appreciated experience:
