DETAILS OF THE OFFER | The successful candidate is expected to be a senior member of the team, able to contribute theoretically and analytically to the goals of the lab. • Examine the social behaviors and vocalizations of primates The Marc Jeannerod Institute of Cognitive Sciences (ISC-MJ) studies the brain mechanisms of cognition, their evolution and their disorders. Join us in our quest to push the boundaries of knowledge about the human and primate brain, and the interaction between brain and behavior. Located in Bron, in the building of the Institute of Cognitive Sciences, in the immediate vicinity of the hospital platforms, the ISC has 120 people working together in an environment dedicated to research in neuroscience and behavior. Our research teams, with multidisciplinary skills, address a multitude of themes, including the interaction between communication, cognition and their development. Take part in this stimulating adventure of discovery and innovation. You will join the Ape Social Mind Lab team, which explores questions related to the evolution of primate sociality, social cognition, communication, and brain connectomics. Under the responsibility of team leader Catherine CROCKFORD, you will help supervise the junior members of the group. |
