Missions:

 

We are seeking a postdoctoral candidate to process and manage a large database of intracerebral responses to direct electrical stimulation in order to publish original studies on the functional organisation of long range brain connectivity in human beings. The work will consist of processing and interpreting cortico-cortical evoked potentials for studying

  1. 1) whole brain functional neuroanatomy;
  2. 2) subsystems such as insula or limbic areas;
  3. 3) epileptology;
  4. 4) brain dynamics. 

Activities:

The selected candidate will analyze and interpret multicentric imaging and stereotactic electroencephalographic data that have been gathered in the lab during the last decade (F-TRACT project, f-tract.eu).

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidatures of highly motivated, independent and enthusiastic individuals, with background in neuroscience and/or computer science and eager to integret a small team with a long history on a dedicated project. PhD in neuroscience or related fields with strong experience in programming languages for neurophysiological data analysis is mandatory. Expertise in machine learning and large database processing would be appreciated.
