The role of the candidate involves contributing to integrated electrophysiological and molecular analyses of isolated human Dorsal Root Ganglion (hDRG) neurons obtained from non painful and possibly painful organ donors at the Montpellier hospital.

The position is part of a research project aimed at elucidating the molecular and cellular mechanisms of the late phase of long-term potentiation (LTP), a key process in learning and memory.
