DETAILS OF THE OFFER

To collaborate with, and facilitate relationships between, academic, clinical, professional services and external colleagues to capitalise on funding calls and maximise impact of translational research opportunities through the development of large-scale projects. To develop a comprehensive understanding of both clinical problems and the interests/capabilities of academics, clinical academics and other staff in order to facilitate collaborations that have strong commercial applications underpinned by funding to result in ‘real-world’ solutions. To identify and develop strong working relationships with the UCL hospitals, hospital research groups, clinical academics and charities to identify unmet clinical and patient needs that could be tackled using engineering-based solutions.
