Missions:
The post-doctoral fellow will carry out experiments on the effects of transcutaneous trans-spinal stimulation (tSCS) on the neuromuscular system, including the acquisition and analysis of neurophysiological data (force, surface EMG) as well as the dissemination of results (writing articles, conference presentations, etc.). The experiments will be carried out on healthy young individuals.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a good knowledge of neurophysiology, biomechanics and muscle physiology, and be familiar with the techniques of electrical and magnetic stimulation at different levels of the neuromuscular system (ergometry, surface electromyography, electrical neuro-stimulation).
The candidate must have obtained a PhD or equivalent in neurophysiology, exercise physiology, neuroscience, biomechanics or movement science.
Applicants must have obtained their PhD before December 2025.
Candidates must have less than three years of experience after defending their thesis.
