Statut

Key Words

Details of the offer

Development of new approaches to the physico-chemical coupling of nanoparticles in order to complete the study of the mobility of molecules in the extracellular space (ECS). Modulation of the density of the extracellular matrix using viral tools in order to demonstrate the regional specificity of molecule diffusion in the hippocampus, and analysis of the impact of this modification of the ECS using state-of-the-art microscopy techniques. Application to translational projects, using patients' pathogenic autoantibodies as target molecules.
Responsible for the team's Spinning disk imaging setup with over 15 weekly users and supervising and training students on single particle tracking technology.

The candidate will implement super-resolution imaging approaches in in vitro and ex vivo models. He will develop new approaches for coupling nanoparticles with different antibodies in order to facilitate particle tracking in more integrated models. Finally, it acts by modifying the density of the extracellular matrix using recombinant viral vectors.
