Dans le cadre des activités de recherche de l'équipe de Homaira NAWABI « Du
développement à la réparation» (INSERM U1216- Grenoble Instititut Neurosciences),
le/la bioinformaticien(ne) participera à un projet visant à analyser et intégrer des
données biologiques à haut débit (single nuclei RNA seq ; analyses haut débits déjà
publiés, données de protéomique) pour mieux comprendre les mécanismes biologiques mis en jeu lors de la formation de circuits neuronaux.

As part of the research activities of Homaira Nawabi’s team, “From Development to Repair” (Inserm U1216 – Grenoble Institute of Neuroscience), the bioinformatics engineer will contribute to a project aimed at analysing and integrating high-throughput biological data (single-nucleus RNA sequencing, previously published high-throughput datasets, and proteomics data) to better understand the biological mechanisms involved in the formation of neural circuits.
